ORDERING AND BILLING
When will I be billed?
You will be charged at the time of purchase to reserve your upcoming seasonal box(es).
Where do you ship?
Our boxes ship to all 50 U.S. states, and we plan to start shipping internationally soon. Want to know when? Sign up for our monthly newsletter to be the first in the know!
SHIPPING AND RETURNS
How much is shipping?
We're happy to offer free shipping on all domestic orders of our Lives Aloha boxes.
When will my box ship?
Once your order is placed, please allow 3 business days for your box to ship.
How will my order be shipped?
While we use a variety of shipping methods, we primarily ship through the United States Postal Service. Please review all shipping information carefully during checkout. Upon placing your order, a confirmation page will display your order number. You'll receive a little mahalo note from us in your inbox, with a tracking number, once your order has been confirmed.
What is your return policy?
Please review all items carefully before a purchase is made as all sales are final.
What happens if an item was damaged?
Yikes! So sorry about that. We will work with you to make it right. Please email us at ohana @ shelivesaloha.com. If the exact item is not available, we will replace it with a similar one.
What is your cancellation policy?
We get it. Life happens. To cancel your Lives Aloha box, contact us at ohana @ shelivesaloha.com at least five days before your box is scheduled to ship. To allow adequate time to process orders, we ask that you do not cancel within five days prior to shipment.
I never received my box. What now?
If your package did not arrive or you received incorrect items, please contact us at ohana @ shelivesaloha.com. Please note that the waiting period for shipments varies by destination. Domestic packages are deemed “lost” 30 days after shipment.
ABOUT THE BOX
What is in the current box?
If you purchase a box today, you will receive our Summer 2019 box, which starts shipping July 22, 2019. It's a limited run, so if you're a fan, preorder one now before they sell out. We'll reveal what's inside on our website and social media at 9 AM Pacific time on Monday, July 22, 2019. Set your alarm!
Is the Lives Aloha box just for women?
We are currently focused on curating experiences for women. However, anyone is welcome to join the She Lives Aloha ohana. We have an active and supportive community on Facebook. Join our Facebook Group here. Or sign up here for our emails for inspiration and monthly freebies. We promise not to send spam. We loathe it as much as you. Except for the kind that comes in a can.

Do you offer boxes for weddings, corporate events or vacation stays?
Yes, we curate custom boxes for sales incentives trips, destination weddings and conferences, and vacation rentals. Contact us at ohana @ shelivesaloha.com. We'd love to hear from you!
Can I gift a Lives Aloha box?
Absolutely! Just select the "This is a gift" option in the left menu during checkout. After your purchase, we will contact you about including a note in the purchase.
